Privacy, kept as a ledger: what is held, why, and for how long

Updated 19 September 2026

This notice covers albemarleprive.com and the conversations that begin from it. It is brief because the house holds very little, and holds it briefly.

01 // clause

Who holds it

Albemarle Privé, an outcall companionship introduction service in London. Questions about this notice, and any request under it, go to Octavia on WhatsApp or Telegram.

02 // clause

While you read

Nothing that identifies you. No cookies are set and no analytics run; the single outside request, for typefaces, is explained on the cookies page. As with any website, the server may keep short technical logs of requests for security, and they are not used to identify readers. No page address here ever holds a personal detail, and that includes the pre-written WhatsApp message.

03 // clause

When you write

Only what you choose to send: a first name, the date and length of the evening, and the hotel with its room number or the street address of a residence. Messages travel through WhatsApp or Telegram, whichever you use, under that company's own privacy terms. There is no contact form, no account and no mailing list.

04 // clause

Why it is held

To arrange the evening you asked for, and to confirm the address before a companion travels to it, which protects her and you. It is never used for marketing, never sold and never passed to anyone outside the booking.

05 // clause

Who sees it

Octavia, and the companion introduced to you, who receives only what she needs: your first name, the address, the hour and anything you ask to be passed on.

06 // clause

How long it is kept

Booking details serve one evening. They are not copied into any file or database, and the thread is cleared from our side in routine housekeeping once the booking is complete. You may delete your side at any time and ask for ours to be deleted sooner.

07 // clause

Your rights

UK data protection law gives you a right of access to whatever concerns you, and rights to correction, deletion, objection and restriction. Ask Octavia; the answer is usually a single line, since there is little to report. If you are unhappy with the reply, the Information Commissioner's Office hears complaints.

08 // clause

Age, and revisions

The service is for adults only, and nothing about anyone under eighteen is knowingly held. Revisions to this notice appear here with a new date and apply from then on. The conditions of a booking are in the terms.
